DESCRIPTION
This is a fabulously clean, crisp, minerally Bourgogne Chardonnay from the wonderful Goulley family, who we think make some really cracking great value Chablis and white Burgundy. This is their basic wine, but there is nothing basic about its lush lemon core and its slatey, mineral edge or its rapier like acidity. Perfection in a glass.
